I was tag surfing just now and hit on the nicest little piece of advice on resumes. Look, I hate working for someone else. I prefer to work for myself and I’m much happier (and wealthier) doing so. But I know that ain’t for everyone.
Over the years I’ve hired a number of employees for a number of different level positions. Hiring people sucks almost as bad as having a job yourself. Going through resumes you actually look for reasons to take people out of the running.
So when I caught this little article I wanted to recommend it to anyone applying for a job.
